About Solano Family Health Services

Solano Family Health Services (SFHS) is a non-profit community health center that provides comprehensive and affordable healthcare services to the residents of Solano County. Since its inception in 1976, SFHS has been dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the community by offering high-quality medical care, education, outreach, and advocacy.

History of SFHS

The idea of SFHS was born when a group of concerned citizens saw the need for accessible healthcare services for low-income families in Solano County. In 1976, the first clinic was established in Vallejo, and since then, SFHS has expanded its services to other locations in Fairfield, Vacaville, and Benicia. Over the years, SFHS has received numerous awards and recognitions for its outstanding contributions to the community.

The Benicia clinic is located at 1440 Military W. and offers primary care and dental care services. The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
